BootcAMP! For New Agents. Learn the Fundamentals

BootcAMP! is a results driven agent productivity program designed to launch new to business real estate careers using the Coldwell Banker products, tools, and systems. 

BootcAMP! is geared toward the brand new agent that doesn't have any background or basic fundamental tools in realestate. It was designed because these agents often felt lost and overwhelmed in the AMP! course. 

The class starts from ground zero to get their business up and running. It is a 3 hour class, 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday), and lasts 3 weeks.

  • BEGINNING WITH BUYERS

  • STARTING WITH SELLERS, LISTING PRESENTATION

  • CMA'S & ABSORPTION RATES, OBJECTION HANDLING, OFFERS

  • NEGOTIATION TACTICS, PENDING DEALS, CLOSING TABLE
