“I LOVE the postcard program - it helps to keep me Top of Mind. I send 450 postcards each month to past clients, acquaintances & friends. This year I had 11 listings come from people that I sent our postcards to. One of my listings who I had met through a social group and had not seen in seven years said to me as I walked into their kitchen, “ we just love your postcards. We knew that one day we would want to use you. We always keep one of your cards on our fridge.

One cute story that the baseball coach at Ankeny High School told me, is that he had put the postcard with the schedule of the football games on their fridge and his little girl wanted to know who I was, he told her my name was Vicki . So at night his daughter always wanted him to tell stories, but she wanted Vicki to be the main character. I have never even met her -  that just tickled me. I cannot tell you how many hundreds of times I have heard from people that receive the postcards how much they like this one or that one or all of them. I think our postcards have a lot of great information that is timely- people hang onto them for the information and they are also grateful to the sender!! what a great way to stay top of mind every month!!!”
